We received a lot of help in understanding the features of the car. The car was detailed and very clean when we took possession. The person that was offering extended warranties didn't apply any pressure but explained why it would be beneficial to purchase an extended warranty. Basically the people we worked with didn't apply any pressure which made our experience very pleasurable. From start to finish everyone was very helpful. We received follow-up calls making sure that everything was going well and let us know that we could contact them if we needed anything of help understanding the electronics of the car.
