I had communicated with Hassan over the internet initially and he was very helpful. He directed me to work with Sevanna in person and she too was very helpful. There was another guy who had intercepted me when I first arrived at the dealership to see the car; he said Savanna was busy with another customer. He sized me up as a non-serious customer (told me that I am not able to test drive the car before I even asked) and got butt-hurt after I told him I would wait for Savanna (he was talking loudly to another sales rep that I wanted to only see Savanna). Otherwise, Sevanna and Hassan were very helpful and courteous and professional. More

Best Hyundai dealer in Southern California! I contacted them originally in February (along with other dealers) and explained what I wanted in a hard to find Santa Fe AWD Limited. They were the only dealer that contacted me regularly with updates and their continued attempts to find what I was looking for. They let me know ahead of time when the vehicle was due to arrive, and called me first when it came in. I went and bought it the same day. The staff could not have been more helpful during the entire process. I will not go anywhere else when I have to buy another car. The service department is the best around. ( I had another Hyundai that was totaled in an accident). I have used their service department and they have always been fair and honest with me. I won’t use any other dealer or service department for my Hyundai. Kearny Mesa Hyundai is the best dealer you will find anywhere when you want a Hyundai. George and Jared in the service department was amazing, we had just leased a new Sonata limited and requested locking lug nuts and a ceramic coating put on it. Once there the loaner was not back to lend us so he and Jared sent us home in a Lyft and put our car right in to be done, two hours later he called us and told us he was sending a Lyft to pick us up since the car was finished. The amount of courtesy and attention to our needs was excellent. The entire staff who helped us was very nice and thoughtful. I am so glad we are working with Kearney Mesa Hyundai over the next 3 years on this car we leased there. They are amazing at customer service and care of our vehicle. Thank you Guys! More
