Brittany was very helpful and has looked into all of my requests and offered the services needed at 65K miles which were overdue. I waited at the dealership, and was actually expecting to be there for at least 4 hours (actually brought laptop to work) but the services were finished within two hours or so. Much faster that I expected. The space is clean, the coffee and snacks were good and I enjoyed the wait: At checkout, Brittany explained all services done, and asked if I needed another service we discussed (which I thought would cost $45, but ended up costing $480 so she asked me before proceeding) I didn't chose to do the last service (replace molding). Anyway, she is systematic and handles customers very professionally and on time. Thank you! More
