We settled on the Kia Optima and Mr. Wells delivered as promised all the bells and whistles he mentioned to us.. In addition to Mr.Wells, the finance representative , Mr. Jeff Ruocco, took us through the procedure to obtain a loan at fantastic rates and everyone was in full agreement with the price and monthly payments.. The car was delivered as promised the next day and Mr. Michael Rosenberg , the finance Mgr. finished the procedure with us .. He along with Mr Wells, walked us through the entire car and took their time in answering any and all questions that my wife and I had..This was a true pleasure in the purchase of a auto that many people fear when going to a showroom..
