I had been in the market for a new car for over a year and was never offered anywhere near the amazing deal that Karp Kia offered me. I can't say enough nice things about Mike but what i will say is that I also am in the field of sales and if I end up being one tenth the sales person he is I'll be just fine. Todd in finance was great also. My credit isn't that good and the initial rate that was proposed was impossible for me. Todd asked all the right questions & asked for all the necessary resources to change that. By the time I signed for my car, my payment was good and my wallet was great. From the moment I walked into Karp Kia, Nancy was so helpful. We had some trouble finding the slughtly used Sorrento that she had told me about, but she kept doing her best to try to find one that woul helpful. When she finally found "the one", I was thrilled. It had everything I was looking for, and much more. Nancy did a great job showing me how all the extras in the car worked. She was extremely knowlegable about everything! Dealing with the payments was easy, as well. We pretty much explained what we were willing to spend, and we found the right payment scale for us.
