Karp's array of automobiles for sale is wide and interesting, but it is the people who are the real “engine” of the dealership's success. Everyone I observed did his/her best to be gracious and welcoming. In large part, I chose to shop at Karp because of the excellent service provided by Michael Rosenberg, in the KIA division. Michael (from whom I have purchased two cars) took my mother and me for several test drives in varying types of automobiles, explaining the basic and optional features of each car with clarity and thoroughness, and always allowing for all the time and room I wanted to discuss and ponder my decision. Once I had decided on the Optima, Michael searched for a package of rebates that were being offered by the manufacturer/dealer and apprised me of such. The rebates alone were enough to put a sizable dent in the sticker price, and on top of those the dealership made me a trade-in offer on my beautiful SAAB 9-3 that even beat one of the top book values.
