Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car is for my daughter who is coming home from college and this is a surprise for her. After researching the KIA Soul on line we visited our local KIA dealer. We were educated consumers and ready to purchase a car, however the car salesman we dealt with at the first KIA dealership made us local KIA dealer. Later that day we went down to KARP and met with Nancy. We told her what we were looking for and she went to work. It was easy. By the end of our visit we decided to upgrade our purchase to the Soul Plus model and trade in our car, Nancy and David worked on this together. The Karp experience was awesome. Do Chang was a professional, very low key and non - high pressure salesman who enabled us to go at our own pace.
