The professionalism was off the charts and most importantly, I did not feel pressured AT ALL. They sat down with me and worked with me according to what my own needs were and I walked out of there with my first car ever with a huge smile on my face! Ripped off Bought a Kia Cadenza a year and a half ago. Had to change tires 3 times and cost over $750 taking the car to Mavis. Had to take the car to Karp for Bought a Kia Cadenza a year and a half ago. Had to change tires 3 times and cost over $750 taking the car to Mavis. Had to take the car to Karp for rim recall and explained the front passenger side tire had been replaced already and had a bubble. They changed the tire and charged me $235.00! After investigating and calling Hankook Tires I found out the tires are warranted, even for road hazard!!! Karp Kia NEVER explained to us when we purchased the car about the tire warranty or that they would honor the warranty, if they had done so, we wouldn't have gone to another tire company and spent $750. I inquired about the charge and why they didn't mention the warranty.. They gave me the round around, gave me all kinds of excuses!! They mislead me, lied and turned the blame on Mavis and myself!! Liz the manager called today and said they would split the bill..hmmmm I wonder why??? But splitting the bill in credit that I CAN'T use because the deal was to have free oil changes!! I asked to speak to a Karp member, told they would have Ellen call... Let's see if she does!! I want the money they charged under false pretense back! Horrible service, rude and unkind employees who take customers for a ride! Stay away! They lost a customer for sure.. Did I mention we bought 2 cars in one day from this horrible dealer!! Worst service department Bought my car in for an ECU recall service at 10:30am, and was told it would take 2 hours. I dropped it off and was told I would get a call at 1pm. I was then told that the car was almost finished and was not ready yet. I had to call back and hour and a half later and was told it was still not finished yet. Iris told me I would be able to come get it anyway, if that is what I wanted to do....so It is being worked on, but I can drive it off of the lot when it is not ready? hm interesting. I decided to head down there and get the car. Guess what, the car never moved from the spot the valet left it. The car was never touched at all. I was lied to and xxxxxxxxxxx for 5 hours. The service representatives would not even look at me when I was speaking to them. They decided to keep lying to me, even after I saw that the vehicle was not touched. I will never be returning to your service department ever again. I guess people who wait in the waiting room get better treatment, because there is pressure to get their vehicles done, when they are actually sitting there. Maybe it was also because I did not want to get any other special services that they attempted to rope me into buying. Joke of a service department, by a dealership that I purchased the vehicle from. Disgraceful. More

I actually had a great experience from beginning to end! Even during bad weather they arranged for a cab service for my husband and I. I have been to other places where the dealers were so thirsty, and sleezy, but Karp Kia is a class act! Thanks for a great first time experience! I love my car! :) More

Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles Kia had to offer, he was a pleasure to work with as well. Karp Kia is not like other dealerships. The salesmen are not pushy and dishonest. I will definitely be recommending Karp Kia (& Michael) to my friends. If I am ever in need of another vehicle, I will be going back to him as well! More
