Frankie B's professionalism, kind care, attention to detail, overall product knowledge and his unique ability to under sell and over deliver made my purchasing experience (of my two Kia Forte 5 vehicles) quite memorable needless to say. In addition, the folks in Karp Kia's service department, especially Liz Doyle, continue to do the right thing for me such as being genuinely interested in providing top shelf service, returning my vehicles (after servicing them) in pristine condition and following up my service visit with a courtesy call to make sure that my expectations were met (and exceeded). I'm thankful that I once again decided to purchase from Karp Kia, this dealership really is unequaled and I applaud them for being so wonderful! More

Sorento Transmission Brought my 2011 Sorento for a slight, or so i thought, transmission issue-delayed and rough shift into reverse when cold. They were unable to rectify the problem and ended up replacing the transmission. It was done under warranty at no cost to me. Further, they gave me, at first, a rental car, and then, a courtesy car. Amazingly, there was no cost to me. Finally, everyone I dealt with, chiefly, Paul Gambardell, was unfailingly courteous and helpful. More

Horrible Service My car is 8 months old. Leased it from Karp Kia in May 2014. All of a sudden my doors won't open or close when they are frozen. Brought it in once and My car is 8 months old. Leased it from Karp Kia in May 2014. All of a sudden my doors won't open or close when they are frozen. Brought it in once and they couldnt duplicate it and gave it back. I took a video and pics of it happening and they told me to bring it back in. it's been 10 days and no car. They don't call me when they say they will to let me know what's going on. I'm the one making all the effort to find out what's going on. That's including the service manager. The problem is a manufacturers defect and they are trying what is "recommended" Now I'm paying for a car that's been sitting there for 10 days that I haven't been able to use. More
