I had little time and less patience for the whole car-buying experience. I also had never purchased a car for myself so my knowledge was very limited as well. I test drove a Kia Forte with Frankie, but I had my sights set on a Mazda. I had a very negative experience with every car salesperson I dealt with, and was totally fed up and ready to just have my old car fixed so it could pass inspection and I could put off car shopping for another year. Remembering Frankie as the only person that made me feel comfortable, I decided to go back to Karp and get the Forte. He was the only person who I felt answered my questions honestly and was upfront throughout the whole transaction. I know in most cases people end up with the dealer because of the car that they want, but I ended up with my car because of the dealer. I love my car and I am so happy with my decision- and the next time I need a car I am going straight back to Frankie. Thanks for making a stressful situation as smooth and easy as possible! More

Went to the service department to follow up on an issue I was having with my new car and I expected it to be a long process and boring wait time well it wasn't to my pleasant surprise, My concern was addressed within a reasonable time frame and I almost forgot that I was in for service because of the professional courtesy and customer accommodations within the service department for customers. There was free coffee, TV area, laptop stations, and free massage chairs. More
