He expedited and thoroughly followed through on all the necessary paperwork so that I was able to drive off the lot with my new Lease within two and a half days! I found Frankie to be a most positive, energetic, honest, and trustworthy individual with a high degree of integrity, and a knack for making me feel right at home in the dealership setting. No such problem at Karp Kia! Frankie Bus helped us pick out the right Kia Sorento model and patiently negotiated a very competitive deal with us. As part of the car buying process, we compared deals at a couple of other Kia dealerships and were lied to, harassed and even tortured. On the other hand, Karp Kia and Frankie were respectful and more competitive than any of the others. Of course their goal is to sell you a vehicle, but their tactics are ethical and they don't cross over that line that all the others routinely do. So go to Karp and buy a Kia from Frankie - you won't regret it. More

I walked into Karp without high hopes of being happy with a car or deal. Then I met Audley Bullock! Finally! Someone who didn't speak to me like I was dumb and who didn't try to talk in circles. Most importantly gave me a great price on a great car. No games, no funny business, all of my questions were answered. He went out of his way to make this as smooth as possible for me. I cannot say enough good things about how fair they all were with the price of the car and my trade-in and the whole process itself. I was not happy about having to replace my old car but I love my new one! Thanks so much to Audley and Karp! It really was a painless experience. More

He spent so much time making sure my husband and I were comfortable with our purchase. We also worked with Todd Johnson who was very helpful. He informed us about many options we have for protection on our vehicle. The team at Karp Kia is wonderful every time I walked into the dealer, I was also welcomed by a smile. They are only there to help you through an exciting time in your life. Since I purchased my new 2015 Kia Optima, Jonathan has called twice to check how everything was going and see if there was anything I needed. Overall I had an amazing experience and I am so excited to work with the team at Karp Kia in the future! More
Best Experience I had just recently totaled my car and was in desperate need of getting a new car in a very short period of time. I went to Karp Kia after being refe I had just recently totaled my car and was in desperate need of getting a new car in a very short period of time. I went to Karp Kia after being referred to Jonathon Hernandez by several of my friends who had already had great experiences working with him. I walked into the dealership and I was not bombarded with questions or sales pitches. Everyone was very friendly and after meeting with Jonathon I felt as if a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. I did not have a very big budget, and Jonathon assured me that we would be able to find something within my price range. Boy was he right! I was able to purchase a wonderful Kia Soul that fit right in my budget! I went it one day to fill out some paperwork and the next day I drove off in my new car! I can honestly say that I don't believe I would have had the same amazing experience anywhere else. I felt like I was being treated like family. Everyone was honest and upfront about all information regarding the paperwork and the car I was buying. I really appreciated all of the help I received and I will definitely be visiting Karp Kia and Jonathon again in the future for all of my future vehicle needs! Thank you to everyone at Karp Kia! More
Kia #5 I was in the market for a third "commuter" car and had gone to pick up my 2013 KIA Sportage from Karp service (an excellent job also from the service I was in the market for a third "commuter" car and had gone to pick up my 2013 KIA Sportage from Karp service (an excellent job also from the service department), so I decided to browse through the KIA showroom. I met up with Jonathan and explained to him what i was looking for...a third car for commuting purposes, I wanted low payments, nothing extravegant, just something to get to work and back. I was already sold on KIA quality, this would be my 5th Kia vehicle (R.I.P. 2010 Soul and 2005 Sorento, Thank You Sandy!) Jonathan was very attentive and was quick to guide me to something practical yet fun to drive. I leased a 2015 Forte. I was very surprised at its roominess and features, this was a car I would not have considered, I was eyeballing another Soul. Thanks to Jonathan, I have a reliable, comfortable vehicle for the next 36 months and a very reasonable payment. Out of the 5 KIA vehicles i've owned, purchased from 3 other dealerships, this has been, by far, the best overall experience. I thank Jonathan for that. The absolute best dealers I had leased my Kia for 3 years with the option to buy at the end, which I did. Unfortunately my time management is not the strongest, and I had my appointment the day my lease matured, but Audley provided me with the best service and support, and took care of EVeRYTHING. All I had to do was go in the following day and sign papers, so much easier than I thought :) I am 100% satisfied with my experience there and will definitely be referring friends and family. More
