Helpful and friendly people, no pressure at all. The whole staff at Karp Kia were so friendly and helpful went there "just to look" and left there with a brand new Kia Soul that night. A Dealer a Pleasure to Deal With Recently I was in the market for an SUV. Was planning to visit another car manufacturer dealership which happened to be closed that Sunday. I drove down the road a bit and saw the Karp Kia dealership and decided to stop in to look at the Sorento. The dealership had a pleasant ambiance, with soft music playing. The receptionist was quite friendly. I met with Michael D who was a total pleasure to do business with. He was quite soft spoken, friendly and most accomodating. Mike gave me straight forward incentives and pricing without all the posturing. No astromomical quotes that required constant haggling and subsequent visits to the dealership. I wasn't planning on making the purchase that afternoon, but my experience at Karp Kia was so refreshing and the numbers came in right where I had anticipated that I leased m vehicle right then and there! Michael continued to provide excellent customer service after the deal was closed assisting with the purchase of an addional assessory which needed to be ordered. I heartily recommend Karp Kia for anyone looking for a car! More
