I personally dealt with Audely, who went above and beyond for me as a customer, his knowledge and expertise made me certain I was getting the vehicle that met all my needs. He held my hand through the entire process and I know if I ever needed anything regarding my car he or any of the wonderful staff would be my go to. I'm absolutely in love with my 2013 Kia Sorrento and beyond happy that I chose Karp Kia!! More

I have been calling David Eskenasi the salesman who sold it so far and nothing yet. I tried calling the dealership directly and all they did was transfer me over to others who simply would just let the phone ring. Very disappointed, so much for professionalism. Ohh and gets better now they claim he "retired". They must think I was born yesterday or something. More

Great experience! I have to say, I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle on my first trip to Kia. I went there just to take a look at the new 2016 Sorento. Upon ente I have to say, I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle on my first trip to Kia. I went there just to take a look at the new 2016 Sorento. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by Audley Bullock, the Assistant Manager. Unlike my experience at another dealership, Audley was not pushy and was honest about total cost, what would be best for my needs, and what to expect from this vehicle. We went for a test drive, and again, unlike my previous experience elsewhere, was not on his cell phone during the test drive. I fell in love and was excited at how smoothly the process went to get this gorgeous SUV home. Todd was lovely, he made the usually painful payment process quick with a smile. Frankie went over all the interior controls with me and was very thorough and nice - he even installed the app on my phone! Within a few days it was mine; even the remote start had been installed quickly. The next day when I had questions regarding the remote start, Audley was gracious enough to make time to go over the process with me (again) even though he had clients. He even called the following day to check up on me. What a great experience. I highly recommend doing business here and nowhere else if you are considering purchasing a Kia. ***** More

Transmission Issue I brought my 2012 Kia Optima, with only 30,000 miles on it to Karp Kia for an intermittent transmission issue. Unable to duplicate the problem the tec I brought my 2012 Kia Optima, with only 30,000 miles on it to Karp Kia for an intermittent transmission issue. Unable to duplicate the problem the tech told me he would reprogram and update the computer. When I went to pick the car up I was told there would be a $169.95 charge! This car has a 100,000mi/10yr power train warranty! After requesting. A manager I was told I would have to Pay the charge! I am currently dealing with this issue with Kia Corporate More

Several years ago we had a great experience at Karp Kia when we purchased our Sorento, so when it was time for a new car, returning to Karp was a no-brainer. We went to Karp completely unprepared and disorganized—not sure if we wanted to lease or buy, if we wanted new or used, or even what our budget was. We were every salesperson’s worst nightmare. But Frankie was incredibly patient with us. He was friendly and positive, going over the pros and cons of each scenario over and over. If he was exasperated with us, he didn’t let on. Finally, after MANY hours of his time, we drove home with a brand new, fully loaded Sedona for an unbelievably affordable price. I’m still not sure how he made it so affordable for us. It’s the nicest vehicle we have ever driven, and instead of feeling buyer’s remorse, my wife and I are discussing returning to Frankie for a second car. I have a feeling that, unless we hit the lottery and start collecting Lamborghinis, we will be using Karp Kia exclusively for many years to come. More
