Best Car Buying Experience Ever! When I first walked into Karp Kia, I was looking at their cars for the first time. I'd done my homework, and was now looking in person at the cars I w When I first walked into Karp Kia, I was looking at their cars for the first time. I'd done my homework, and was now looking in person at the cars I was interested in. A salesman approached me, and spoke with me briefly, but then left to help another customer. Audley Bullock then approached me, and I knew within moments of speaking with him that he knew his stuff, and also that he knew how to talk with customers. He answered every one of my many questions about the different trim levels and options, but never once gave me the "sales push". And he connected with me in a way that few other salesmen had, which is to say that he treated me as an intelligent buyer, and not a brainless female. I left that day really liking the Sorento, but also still really liking another make/model. The following weekend I test drove the other car, and then called Audley to arrange a test drive of the Sorento - knowing it was probably more than I wanted to pay. Not only did I really love the Sorento, but after running both Buy and Lease numbers for me, helped me realize I could afford the Sorento after all. On top of the great experience I'd had up until then, Audley made the pick-up process completely painless!. The credit check/application process was a breeze, and I was able to leave the dealership for a couple of hours while they prepped the car (rather than being kept there for 5-6 hours like the last time I bought a car elsewhere). I returned to pick up the car with my family in tow, and he kindly showed us all how to use the many bells and whistles on the car, which we all loved. I so enjoyed this experience with Audley that he's likely earned a customer for life. (I've already referred two friends to him, and I've had the car less than a week!) All told, my experience was pressure-free, painless and quick, and I was treated respectably. I can't wait to see if their Service is as good as his Sales... Thank you Audley!! More
Very Good Experiance Michael was very helpful in setting up my UVO account. I would not have been able to do this on my own. 2nd oil change for my new Sorrento i made an appointment for my 2nd oil change for my new Sorrento for Tuesday, 8/18/15' at 10:15 am. Before this appointment, Karp sent me 3 e-mails an i made an appointment for my 2nd oil change for my new Sorrento for Tuesday, 8/18/15' at 10:15 am. Before this appointment, Karp sent me 3 e-mails and 1 phone call to remind me of my appointment. I arrived at 10:00am that morning. My husband and I are senior citizens and we come from the north shore to Karp for service. This takes us anywhere from 1/2 an hour to 1 hour according to traffic. We made the appointment under the assumption that we where waiting for the car, when we arrived the service department understood that we were waiting for the car. We sat there until just about 1:00 pm, being told they were backed up and it would be ready in about 20 minutes, well those 20 minutes turned into much more. I understand that sometimes things happen and you get backed up, but give the customer the choice of taking back their car and going somewhere else. When I asked for the car at about 12:15pm, I was told it was just put on the lift and the oil was draining. I think that there was suppose to be some kind of car point check, I doubt that this was even done, as a matter of fact i am beginning to wonder if my oil was even changed. I was offered a free car wash but turned it done, at this point all my husband and I wanted to do was go home. We sent our son to Karp for a car and he just told me that when he went for his first oil change it took over 3 hours. I only wish he would have told me this before I made the trip for my car. I will be using my mechanic from now on. I was interested in buying a new car for myself but will be going elsewhere, hopefully I will find a nice car with a service department that cares for their customers I did go into the Karp website and left this complaint, that was over 24 hours ago, have not heard a word from anyone there. More

It was quick and completely painless. I was lucky enough to be helped by Audley and to say he was a pleasure is a gross understatement. He was thorough in giving me my options and yet he was efficient. Being my first car purchase, he explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the car buying experience before signing anything. It made me feel like they really care about the customers wants and needs before anything else. I came in on a Friday afternoon, traded in my 2003 Ford Econoline Van, and drove off in a beautiful new Kia Forte within a day and I couldn't be more appreciative. I feel secure knowing that I can call Audley or anyone at Karp Kia with any issues and they will help in a professional yet friendly manner. I really feel like I am in good hands and I am so happy with my new car. More
