I returned my 2013 Sorento to Karp (in which I leased through another dealership and had a horrific experience with, enough so that I was planning on not going back in to a Kia at the end of my lease) and drove away 3 hours later in a 2015 Optima. This was the first time I had left a dealership feeling excited with my lease rather than as if I had been raked over the coals. Thank you Karp and Michael!
