Service Came in unannounced for an oil change and state inspection on my 2018 Honda Touring Accord. I was planning for an outside the state trip and wanted to Came in unannounced for an oil change and state inspection on my 2018 Honda Touring Accord. I was planning for an outside the state trip and wanted to make sure the Accord was in tip topo condition for the trip. Work was completed in a timely fashion. What impressed me the most was my Service Rep Roland Murphy...this rep was outstanding! Roland was professional, courteous and reflected Hondas high standard's for customer service! Wow! Dishonest/Arrogant Dealership!! Koons Honda is a very dishonest dealership. I was negotiating with 3 different dealerships for a new vehicle and received a price quote via email mid Koons Honda is a very dishonest dealership. I was negotiating with 3 different dealerships for a new vehicle and received a price quote via email midday n a Friday afternoon and based on the quote decided to buy the vehicle from them. They were about $250 more than the best deal that I received from other dealerships but decided to give them my business since they were a local business. I went to to the dealership later that evening to complete the paperwork and purchase the vehicle. Once I started the paperwork process the Manager, Sunny Haque, then let me know that he mispriced the vehicle by $1,000 and that he wouldn't be able to honor the price he sent me earlier. I was extremely annoyed and upset by this as I was warned by one of the other dealerships that I was working with that Koons was known for doing this. The sad part is my wife bought a car from them years ago and that didn't seem to matter. Joyce Koons should really take a look at the ethics of this dealership and make some changes. This is a horrible way to conduct business. I will never work with this dealership again and and advising my friends and family to avoid them as well. More
Bad experience, would not go there again When I took my HRV there for service a battery problem and a door lock problem. They called me and now it need 3 more things done to it NO NO NO When I took my HRV there for service a battery problem and a door lock problem. They called me and now it need 3 more things done to it NO NO NO I am sure they saw a woman bring the car in and thought the could just add things on to the order and I would just do them . The care has 21,000 miles on it and didn't need these things done. I will NEVER go back there More

Solid Service Manager Joyce Koons Honda was able to get in on a Saturday morning (I called Friday afternoon). The service manager I dealt with really polite. I'm a woman and half the time when I'm talking to a man at about a car, I end the conversation annoyed and vowing to not return with any busy for their company. I did NOT get that here though. My vehicles issue was explained to me and my options were laid out pretty clearly. When I decided to postpone getting any work done, I didn't feel any pressure or negative attitude. This was my first experience with Joyce Koons Service Department, but I do plan on returning based on it. It isn't the closest Honda dealer to me, but a positive impression goes a long way with my dollars. More
