Absolutely Awful! My third, and final, bad experience with them. If I wanted to be this frustrated, I'd fly Spirit Airlines. Had 2 bad experiences on the same weekend...and they refuse to honor the pla with them. If I wanted to be this frustrated, I'd fly Spirit Airlines. Had 2 bad experiences on the same weekend...and they refuse to honor the plan they sold me that provides lifetime state safety inspections. Rather than getting customer service, I got a sustained argument form the service advisor who was intent on having the last word. After this spectacle, 2 other customer in earshot (and view) of this approached me with the misery of their experiences and also swearing to never return. I'll never get service here again and after having bought 2 cars here...I'll NEVER buy a 3rd vehicle. This place has gone downhill at the speed, and damage, of a runaway train. More
