I bought my 2004 Honda Pilot new from Luis at your dealership. It was a smooth transaction and I have been very pleased with my service this far. When I take it in for the 30K miles check-up, I leave it for 2 days, as I live in Fairfax. Koons provides me with a free rental car so I will continue to have transportation while my car is at the shop. I recently had a re-built transmission put in last week and I drove your rental car home for 3 days so I would not be inconvenienced. If ever I have a concern, I call the shop and whomever I talk to is very helpful. I would most definitely refer my friends and family to Koons Honda for a sound car and excellent customer service. Honda has very good product, so I really never thought of getting anything else, it was just a matter of what model of Honda to get next. I had 2 issues with the initial buy. A 3rd party was not I had 2 issues with the initial buy. A 3rd party was not showing up in a timely manner to finish the body detailing. Had a mechanical failure in our Honda van which we bought brand new from this dealership a few years back. The defect caused both sliding doors to not open or lock which posed a safety hazard for any occupan brand new from this dealership a few years back. The mechanic(Danny) did a great job and was very professional. He attended to all the points required in the service and kept me informed as to any problems he encountered. I made an appointment for Sunday, May 15th at 11:30 am to have my oil changed and my engine light checked because it was on. I was told it would be about an hour and they would let me know about the engine l have my oil changed and my engine light checked because it was on. I was told it would be about an hour and they would let me know about the engine light. After waiting for 2 hours I went up to Matt Evans and asked the status of my car. His response was "I was just coming to talk to you". He explained the work I needed to have completed and indicated it would be about an hour. At 3:30 my car was ready. I have given the my rating of 3 because no one came and said anything to me in reference to my car for two hours. I have been a customer of the dealership ever since I purchased my car there. Joe Carroll is usually my service guy and unfortunately he was not working that weekend. I understand service is busy but communicating with customers is important. More
We always drive the distance to take our two Hondas [both 2006s] to Koons Honda because of their service and attention to detail. I like the fact that they do print-outs to help explain my car's service status, relative to various categories. Since I handle all of our family vehicle maintenances, both preventive [often] and crisis maintenance [seldom], I must have someone reliable with whom to interact. Bob Miner is our Service Rep, and his boss is Mike Clancy. I have found both of them to not only be genuinely helpful, but very communicative and approachable. [They have never made me feel that I was asking a dumb question, even when I thought that my question could have been borderline.] The Service Department seems to work well together. Having knowledgeable, caring individuals at the forefront sets Koons Honda apart from its professional peers, competitively speaking. Having management's obvious support for these efforts serves to set the operation apart from any other regional dealership in its category. It's always a pleasure to do business with Koons Honda. Their telephone services, online contact, promotional mailers, and smiles upon entrance [even when I'm late!], all make them that go-to business we all hope to find when we move to a new region. More

Actually taking me into the service bay to see what was wrong was very unexpected and a very helpful act. Also, the work was expected to take longer than I had available that morning. Additional people were added to work on my car and the work was completed much faster than even I expected. Tire price was a 25% higher than I found comparing prices with other vendors. And after researching the tires, I probably should have paid the extra money for the alternate tires, More
My CRV was in need of an oil change and scheduled maintenance and I always call Ralph to set it up. He took the car in and called me to tell me what needed to be done.
