Great Vehicle, Poor Service Went there for a used SUV and from the very beginning it was bad. There was a problem with the car that we asked them to look into and another problem they needed to fix because the sales person broke it. They fixed the broken part and then told us the first issue was fine and would take care of itself. After purchasing the vehicle and having a mechanic look at the problem, we found out that it wouldnt fix itself and needed to be replaced. So they either didnt look at it or simply lied to us. Either way they were not very honest about the issue. They did not explain the procedure of registration and tags very well (we live 2 states away) and had several frustrating calls and trips to get it sorted out. All in all it was a bad experience and I do not recommend going there. The only reason they got our business in the end was because of the quality and price of the vehicle. More

Pop In for Emissions Test It was the end of the month and my tags were about to expire. I realized I needed an Emissions test and ran made a last minute appt after work. Ther It was the end of the month and my tags were about to expire. I realized I needed an Emissions test and ran made a last minute appt after work. There were cars in front of me when I pulled into the bay but they were right there ready to help get me checked in and service started. I was in and out in less than an hour. Oil change and check-up I came in for a routine oil change and asked my assigned service advisor, Roland Murphy, to check why my tire pressure warning indicator would not go I came in for a routine oil change and asked my assigned service advisor, Roland Murphy, to check why my tire pressure warning indicator would not go off. I had the tire pressure checked a couple of times and the pressure was fine. Roland Murphy could not have been more helpful. It turned out I needed a software update. He discussed what needed to be done and made sure I was okay with waiting. There was no charge for the software update. Since Koons Honda has a waiting room that accommodates plugging in a laptop, I was able to continue working until my car was ready. I would highly recommend Koons Honda based on my service experience and for having such considerate and knowledgeable staff such as Roland Murphy. I will also say I would highly recommend the Honda Civic Hybrid. I bought my first one in 2003 and traded it in for a new Honda Civic Hybrid in August 2014. My 2003 had over 289,000 miles on it and looked like new. If you believe you can love a car, you will understand that I loved that car. So far, my new car promises to be a wonderful vehicle, too. More

He stayed with me through the entire process, making sure I had something to drink even down to eating, since they were cooking out at the time. If you need someone very knowledgeable and caring then you will not be disappointed. Ask for Kabir and he'll get the job done!! Way to go Koons! More
