Failure to accomplish simple maintenance correctly I brought vehicle in for a simple coolant change. After getting home with the vehicle I noticed there was no coolant in the reservoir. I checked th I brought vehicle in for a simple coolant change. After getting home with the vehicle I noticed there was no coolant in the reservoir. I checked the engine when hot and there was just a little coolant there---but we'll below the low mark. I check over a couple days with no change. I brought the vehicle back to Koons and explained the situation. He wanted to run the car for up to an hour to make sure the thermostat was working. I told him I felt the thermostat was fine because the coolant level changed when the engine was hot. He then agreed to add coolant. I got home and found that when the engine was cool the coolant level was higher but still below the low mark. This caused me to have to bring it back a third time to get more coolant added. Since then everything has been fine. I realize mistakes happen but not once did anyone I spoke to at the dealer in person even offer a simple apology. This combined with their failure to tighten the oil pan drain plug more than hand tight a couple of years ago,resulting in oil dripping from an almost brand new vehicle has convinced me that Koons cannot be relied on to correctly maintain vehicles. More

This additional services saved us a huge amount of time of not having to vist the DMV and wait. Consistently Excellent I will always take my 2003 Odyssey to Joyce Koons Honda for service. Everyone is courteous and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable. The work I will always take my 2003 Odyssey to Joyce Koons Honda for service. Everyone is courteous and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable. The work is done in a timely manner. But most of all I have found them to be very trustworthy. My most recent example of this is I took my car to another service facility for the state inspection. It passed, but they recommended a coolant flush, which they said they could do immediately. Instead I took it to JKHonda for an oil change and coolant flush. Honda told me I didn't need a coolant flush at all! Another reason I really like JKHonda is the multi-point inspection. That gives me peace of mind. More

I showed up at the dealership on Thursday of last week and had been working with another dealership the entire morning. All morning long I felt like I was being scammed and didn't feel comfortable with what monthly payments I was being offered. Johanna and Tyler understood my concerns and frustrations and got right to work. They were up front and honest with me. They explained how my credit was going to effect my interest rate and monthly payment. I felt like I had people who were actually trying to help me in finding the best deal. I appreciate their help so much and would recommend them and this dealership to anyone! More
