The service advisor did, however, communicate with me about progress and asked at closing whether they could return the car the next morning due to unavailability of concierge drivers, which I did say was OK. It just seemed to take longer than I expected for an oil change. More

When I purchased my Honda Pilot Touring model in 2013 the sales pitch was it came with a lifetime warrenty on the engine, transmission and rear end as long as I had it serviced there. I have always had it serviced there, (oil, filters, etc). Imagine my shock when I was told that it now needs a ring job because of a fouled plug and the cost is $3600. Further more it isn't covered because I didn't buy my tires there. After years of satisfaction with the minor service visits, when comes time to stand behind your sales pitch, you worm your way out of it. I will not do business with Koons again, nor several of my family members who have traded there before. More
