I came for new tires and a recall. I emailed Moe A. 4 times to make sure everything was good to go and he replied yes every time. I dropped off at 11am and at 2:41 he called to tell me I emailed Moe A. 4 times to make sure everything was good to go and he replied yes every time. I dropped off at 11am and at 2:41 he called to tell me the tires were not in stock. He waited almost 3 hours to tell me. I came to the dealer an hour later and my car was still NOT ready… my estimated time was 2:30-3 hours… It took 4 hours and left with no tires and just the recall. He had so many chances to make this right like offering other tires or giving me better ones with a deal, at least a car wash or a free oil change. After I brought that up (because be was letting me go with a handshake) he offered me worst tires that the ones I was getting at a HIGHER price. I’m a customer since 2016, this was my go to dealership. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. More
