Buying my car there I got a good deal; however, service department is a scam. They lied on the “complimentary” inspection multiple times. When different “complimentary” inspections from different dates had department is a scam. They lied on the “complimentary” inspection multiple times. When different “complimentary” inspections from different dates had numbers that didn’t line up, they stated it was a “mistake” (after I had to point it out of course). I, unfortunately, was stupid enough to believe them. Went to a different dealership not long after for something else and they also offered a complimentary inspection, their numbers were different. Said I didn’t need work done that Joyce Honda told me I needed. It’s one thing to try to encourage getting extra work done because I get it, car servicing is where dealerships make the money, it’s another thing to lie about the actual state of my vehicle. Honestly thought about suing because I think I would win, but the couple hundred I lost isn’t worth it to me. I already spent hours waiting on them while getting my car “serviced” and spent a significant amount of time going back and forth with employees and management when I still thought their scam was a “mistake”. I think I am going to buy a Toyota for my next car because Honda usually has poor service, but this thievery took it to a whole different level. More
