I was pleasantly surprised when I came to the service department without an appointment to have a flat tire repaired and I was not charged. Only reason for not 5 stars; I asked for the washer fluid NOT to be touched since it froze over. The rep that took my truck in noted this. When I got the truck back, not only was the oil life not reset, but NOT to be touched since it froze over. The rep that took my truck in noted this.
