I went to Joyce Honda for a recalled on my truck. I met Kelly at the service dept. and she treated me very kindly. I noticed that she was knowledgeable about the problem of my truck. Disappointed that my battery, under warranty at Joyce, was cleared, , and was told I needed new starter even though the car would start. I refused the work, took to my local mechanic, who said battery wa was cleared, , and was told I needed new starter even though the car would start. I normally don’t have a problem with this service dealership. Last time I did however. The person who was the service help didn’t tell me anything that was good or wrong with the car.
