I went to Joyce Honda for a recalled on my truck. I met Kelly at the service dept. and she treated me very kindly. I noticed that she was knowledgeable about the problem of my truck. I also share some concerns of vibration on my tires. When the job was completed, she called me and explained to me what the technician did on the recall issue. In addition, she explained to me what they find about my tires concern very nicely. I'm very happy with the results and the way Kelly handled the situation. Disappointed that my battery, under warranty at Joyce, was cleared, , and was told I needed new starter even though the car would start. I refused the work, took to my local mechanic, who said battery wa was cleared, , and was told I needed new starter even though the car would start. I refused the work, took to my local mechanic, who said battery was no good, starter was fine. Battery was replaced, and all is fine. So I’m out cost of battery, which Joyce did not replace.. More
I normally don’t have a problem with this service dealership. Last time I did however. The person who was the service help didn’t tell me anything that was good or wrong with the car.
