Extremely upset with the service received by Joey. I clearly stated not to do any actual work on the car unless they can tell me the amount. Joey ignored this and charged me anyway. When I reminded hi I clearly stated not to do any actual work on the car unless they can tell me the amount. Joey ignored this and charged me anyway. When I reminded him I wanted to know the amount before getting any work done on my car, he immaturely said no problem and that he would undo the work he had done which would have damaged the car further and wasted more of my time (it had been 3+ hours by that time). The worst thing is, he did not even fix what he charged me $100 for. In fact, my tire is even worse condition than it was in before. This is why I scheduled another appointment, I expect to not be charged for this. My tire is now flat every single morning due to whatever Joey did to it. I have to spend at least 5 minutes every morning pumping air into it before leaving for work. More

I've always had a great experience at this dealership. Besides an oil change and a couple other things, I had to bring my crv in for a recall for seatbelt. I called I think in early may to get my car in and it was recommended to get a rental because they weren't sure how long it would take to do the recall. So I set that up for june since i would be on vacation the last 2 wks of may. I also needed an oil change so the woman on the phone made me an appt for a couple days later so i could at least get that done. I get to the dealer and they tell me they can't do an oil change because the recall must be done first. I was not happy because that's not what the woman told me on the phone. The service person said that the front desk had been told not to do what she did. So I couldn't get anything done...not even the oil change! Was ridiculous. Because I was leaving in 2 days for vacation I couldn't do anything until when I got back from vacation and had my recall appt. Service has has always been great but this particular experience with the recall situation and miscommunication was not right. More
