Nothing exceptional from our experience. Took 4 hours from start to finish to sign deal. Car wasn’t ready for pickup. Had to wait a hour. Noticed brakes vibrated and dashboard rattled shortly after delivery. Certified pre owned Honda with 10k miles. I had to deal with this to make appointment and secure a loaner. No help from sales person. Like sales person got commission and that was it. Not even a follow up of how the car is. Like most professionals would do. Getting plates over nighted was a pain. Again no help. I had to do all the leg work. Nothing great about this experience. Lots of aggravation. More
