I took my car in because the AC was not running cold. They were able to fix it same day and there was no cost because Honda had extended the warranty on the part. Always great service! After doing an oil change on my son's car, the Splash Shield came off the next day! Only at Joyce Honda does this happen. The Splash Shield fell off 3 times already and Joyce Honda wanted to charge my Shield came off the next day! Only at Joyce Honda does this happen. The Splash Shield fell off 3 times already and Joyce Honda wanted to charge my son for the cost of replacement of the Splash Shield. Tried to call Joyce Honda or reach the Service Manager and the phone kept on ringing. Ridiculous! No!!! More
