Low pressure sale, ease of test drive was nice, and we seem to have purchased a good car. Martin was personable and informative. Went in to have my engine looked at due to some grinding noises on startup, which the mechanics attributed to needing an oil change. Tried to tell them that the grinding had been present prior to my last oi noises on startup, which the mechanics attributed to needing an oil change. Tried to tell them that the grinding had been present prior to my last oil change, but they said it was because Valvoline messed up the bolt for the oil pan. They charged me $100 for an oil change and a single bolt replacement and the noise continued right after I left. I bought my car from this dealership, but it’s beyond me why a dealership would want to charge a customer $100 for a basic oil change when I can get one anywhere else for $40-60, with the cherry on top being they didn’t even fix the grinding noise More
