I received email to confirm appointment. Guy said I didn’t have appointment but would fit me in. Said couldn’t hear the noise my doors making. It’s still making it. There was a nil in my tire and they said would charge me to fix. We were told at times of lease everything was covered mechanically and no payment to have anything done. Now they are saying oh well covers all but the tires haha. What next. More
