I was looking for a used car. I'm not a difficulty or demanding person. Joseph Toyota had the exact car I was hoping to purchase, other than the color which was not really a game I'm not a difficulty or demanding person. They always do quality work. The service counter people are pleasant as well. We’ve had service done at a couple other dealerships and prefer this one for service hands down. Very willing to work with customers to get them in the car they want. I loved the way the finance guy was very clear on ALL options upfront without trying to trick you into stuff you don't need. I went to Joseph Toyota for a roof leak on a Toyota Highlander. They said it would be 1000+ to pull the headliner and find the leak. We agreed. They then said it would be $5000 to replace the seal arou Highlander. They said it would be 1000+ to pull the headliner and find the leak. We agreed. They then said it would be $5000 to replace the seal around the sunroof. We declined. We get home and the seal is now all off the glass on the sunroof and water now pours in. Part of the seal was up in corner as if someone had already messed with the sunroof and then put it back but couldn't get the seal on or even tried. We took it back and they said that yeah you can't replace that seal so that is the cost. We then called as we hadn't authorized them to pull the sunroof and they said they didn't. They didn't impact the seal. I do know that it was the exact area they were working on. ALL the seal is removed and a corner was up. It also now pours water where it didn't before. I don't know if the manager knows the issue or if someone made a mistake and broke the seal and know one knows. But they did not take responsibility as everyone denies touching it. More
