Rather than trying to fix it and offer a solution, I was insulted that a strong wind could have blown throughthe service bay and made my door go out of alignment. Either way it was clear they had no interest in fixing their mistake and making it right. I was told I could go wait in line again in another department and pay for my own repairs that were either done myself or a strong wind. So ridiculous. I would never recommend going here. More
My experience at Joseph Toyota was the best ever from the service department to sales. My sales associate, Mr. Dupree Rathford was the absolute best. He was patient, very kind and very professional. Such as a full refund that I had just paid to the service department. You see, I hadn’t planned on purchasing a new car so that’s how the refund came into play. There was also a small dent on the front passenger side door. He promised to have the dent removed and it was removed! I didn’t feel pressured or forced into buying a car. I saw it, I loved it and Mr.Dupree made it happen. So, if you need someone who’s gonna treat you right I recommend Mr. Dupree Rathford at Joseph Toyota! I have to give a shout to Trevor. He’s the manager in the service department. I felt that he was honest and he made sure that I was taken care as I waited for my old car to be serviced. Everyone was fantastic! More

I put down a down-payment on a Toyota Corolla Hybrid in July, then waited until September for the car to arrive. When it arrived, Joseph Toyota tried to back out of selling it to me. They said they didn't want to sell me the car because I complained about their horrible data privacy form, though I did sign their form after I complained about it. It took me two days to complete what should have been a simple transaction. I think the dealer's real motive for trying to back out of the sale was that they could have got more money for this new Corolla Hybrid if they sold it to someone else who might walk in, since otherwise the waiting list is still months long. Anyhow, I did eventually complete the purchase the second time I tried. When I got my new car, Joseph Toyota did not set up my Internet or Sirius XM or safety features for me. They just bum-rushed me off the lot. This was the fifth car I purchased new at Joseph Toyota since 2003. It's also the last one I will ever purchase there. I was treated very disrespectfully, and the whole episode had the appearance of dishonesty. I had good experiences at Joseph Toyota for more than 20 years. But there has been turnover in their staff, and they are not what they used to be. Joseph Toyota has jumped the shark. More

The sales person had was great. I told him i didn’t want or need a pitch. I knew what i wanted and what to pay. He had everything ready when we arrived. Justin knows what customer service is supposed to be. I had one issue with the sales dept after my service. I needed some help with apple CarPlay and first no one would help, then the one who did was very dry and finally one came and helped and was polite. The first one wanted to know who my sales rep was.. who cares i bought the car there 4 months ago and it’s a Toyota! I wanted him to understand i might be a lot of things but stupid is not one of them. I did not appreciate his attitude. I am grateful to the young man who did help. More

Throughout the negotiation process, Chris demonstrated transparency and worked diligently to secure a fair deal. His straightforward approach and exceptional customer service skills made me feel valued and at ease. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable on the entire process from start to finish.
