Two months after the test drive we came back and purchased s RAV 4. There was no pressure from Dan just respect and good customer service. I’m also particular about certain things and in the past haven’t been impressed by the finance managers and pressure to add on additional warranties. There was none of that at Jordan and they went above and beyond to meet my needs and also help me get the best rate for financing. One of the service managers also spent a lot of time telling us in detail about all of the bells a whistles with our new car. More

Our sales rep, Ilysa, was pleasant to work with and what she did not know, she found out for us from someone else. The finance manager, Erik A. was phenomenal and got us a great rate and payment under what we had been looking for and he was a pleasure to chat with while we waited for responses from the credit bureaus and banks. My only negative would be that when you look online, often the vehicles have already sold and the website does not reflect that immediately. More
