Gary Millay is the best service representative I have ever known. He is always ready and able to answer all of my silly questions and to find an answer for all of my Van problems. Jones is very customer-service oriented. I dropped off the car at the dealership and they took me home and picked me up when the repair was completed. Repair took less than 24 hours. All the personnel at Jones are always friendly and for those who wait for service work to be completed, there is always coffee in the waiting area and at lunch time hot dogs are served. My granddaughter also enjoyed the free popcorn. The only reason I gave a rating of just "OK" for the price is because I feel a charge $26.17 for shop supplies is excessive.
