I had a wonderful experience with Martin and Rob, and they made my first car-buying experience as pleasant as can be. However, I am concerned about the “certified preowned” vehicles as I’ve already notic they made my first car-buying experience as pleasant as can be. However, I am concerned about the “certified preowned” vehicles as I’ve already noticed a few issues that brought it into question. I had a sensor error come on 5 miles down the road from driving off the lot, that BlueLink indicated came on twice the week before I purchased it. The team has been very accommodating with fixing it, I just think it was a bit questionable that it was erased before being sold. Other than that, everyone was great to work with and the dealership itself was very clean and had plenty of snacks to keep everyone happy! More
