I had a wonderful experience with Martin and Rob, and they made my first car-buying experience as pleasant as can be. However, I am concerned about the “certified preowned” vehicles as I’ve already notic they made my first car-buying experience as pleasant as can be. However, I am concerned about the “certified preowned” vehicles as I’ve already noticed a few issues that brought it into question. I had a sensor error come on 5 miles down the road from driving off the lot, that BlueLink indicated came on twice the week before I purchased it. The team has been very accommodating with fixing it, I just think it was a bit questionable that it was erased before being sold. Other than that, everyone was great to work with and the dealership itself was very clean and had plenty of snacks to keep everyone happy! More

Sales department is awesome! Service department is awful. Headed up by Ken, it lacks direction. Make. An appointment, tell them you are waiting, they take 3.5 hours for an oil ch Service department is awful. Headed up by Ken, it lacks direction. Make. An appointment, tell them you are waiting, they take 3.5 hours for an oil change. Upon getting the vehicle back, there is a really nice checklist they go over with you, only you have to recheck what they say they did, because on now 3 separate occasions, I have had check marks on things that were not done and had to approach Mr. Ken about why they are getting falsely checked. "I don't know why they would do that, I'll have to talk to them about that". Guess that's not getting done, because it keeps happening. I would strongly recommend going to a competing Hyundai dealer for your work, it might get done properly. More
