Scheduled oil change 2 weeks out so I wouldn’t have to leave car all day. Show up and wait over an hour, car was in same place I left it. I asked how long it would be, the reply was ‘how long do you think leave car all day. Show up and wait over an hour, car was in same place I left it. I asked how long it would be, the reply was ‘how long do you think it should take’. I said I could do it in 20 minutes in my driveway. I was invited to leave and do it myself. I left and will never go back. I have bought 2 new cars at this dealer. Never again. More
Had a reservation for 10:00 to get the oil changed and tires rotated, finished at about 12 noon. Then discovered the tires were not rotated. I was told I should consider replacing the fronts. The tire Con tires rotated, finished at about 12 noon. Then discovered the tires were not rotated. I was told I should consider replacing the fronts. The tire Continental warranty is 65,000 miles, I had about 14,000 milea on them and the wear bars were not showing. They had to go back and rotate them. Finally finished about 12:30. The oil change and tire rotation should never take 2 1/2 hours! What was the purpose of making a reservation? More

Lousy customer service. Even worse human interactions. After i left, highly unsatisfied, a Wake Forest cop called me on the dealership's behalf, i guess to lecture me like a child. How ridiculous! What terrible treatment! Should have never traded my wonderful Subaru for a xxx Hyundai. Worst dealership experience ever!!! More
Planned a specific trip to Johnson Hyundai because they had the specific model and lease deal I was looking for.
