Great salesman ... inexcusable omission. Salesman - In Rudy Bellesteros you have an extremely competent, engaging and helpful person. I doubt that I’ve ever dealt with anyone so balanced and engaging. Negotiations - Around the table, while negotiating, was when my moments of serious dissatisfaction arose. It appears that no one I was talking to was aware of the Kia competitive bonus for customers. At no time did anyone mention to me that it was available or that I could lower the cost of the new car by $3,000. In fact, when I mentioned something about it, the response was one of ignorance/disbelief and then, believe it or not, I was asked to provide proof of such a bonus. There was no offer on the part of Sullivan representatives to check if such a bonus existed and my son (who will be a happy witness to these events) was the one who had to search on-line, at the table, for the proof of the existence of the competetive bonus, on the Kia site. Had I said nothing I would have paid $3,000 more for the vehicle than I did. Second, your staff were definitely uneducated (I hope it was that rather than purposely omitting the information) on the existence of factory-offered bonuses that would reduce customer costs. This is inexcusable and causes me to wonder if my repair and maintenance experiences will be the same. Third, once I identified the existence of the bonus, I was met with skepticism and finally, was the one forced to provide proof of the bonus. Finance Session - About as expected ... never fun but not unpleasant, either. In summary, it makes sense to me, as a selling point, for you to be pointing out available discounts UP FRONT in the sales process. Don’t you think you’d improve your chances to sell cars? Forcing customers to search for discounts, act surprised when a discount is discovered and then force the customer to provide evidence is self-defeating and downright stupid. It almost forced me to pay $3,000 more than I should have. Do you think that’s a big deal? I do. More
Very fun and exciting experience. Easy to do business with. Roseville Kia was very simple to deal with. They never tried to cheat me in any way through out the entire process. I've dealt with a few bad dealerships that only want to make you pay as much money as possible. Roseville Kia is not that type of dealership. Roseville Kia sold me a car at about $7,000 cheaper than Vallejo Kia would have charged me. That's a big difference. That's why I bought from Roseville Kia instead of Vallejo Kia. Isaiah (salesman), Vito (sales manager), and Chad (finance manager) were the best. After I bought the car, I drove away so surprised on how Chad never tried to take advantage of me during all the signing of the paper work. I was also surprised on how Vito stayed true to his word on the price of the car and never did try to change the price on me at all when I arrived to buy the car. Isaiah gave outstanding customer service during the test drive and after the test drive. Explained everything very clearly and truthfully. Yes it's true, there is a cool dealership to buy a car. It's Roseville Kia. Just ask for Vito or Isaiah. More

Oil, cabin filter change and recall Oil and cabin filter changed. Recall parts not available and have to return. Also, now have no A/C and have to return 9/18. Did not notice if loss coincidental to service since weather had turned mild. IMO, if there was an issue during the first service, i would have expected feedback. Or if the service created the A/C loss, i can't be sure. However, it is rather coincidental and have to return. it is unclear if recall parts are also available at this time but i will not be thrilled with having to return a third time. More
