Help available when needed I took my car in for service, Eric was very friendly and helpful, I had no concerns that the work wouldn't be done in a timely manner. We were going to stay but because other work might be needed Eric told us it would be better to go home n(which we did) and it was probably an hour later I received a call and was informed that the car was done and that they needed to order the part that was causing the problem. I really like the fact that my car is cared for by people who know what they are doing instead of having to chance it to one of those quicky places. More

Less than It took another manager to get with service manager after 2 weeks of waiting for a replacement part for my New car before another solution came about.
