Missing Roof rack but vary helpful Nick! First off every one here is wonderful and kind! but some times paperwork gets lost and people quit before a deal is finished! I got my new KIA soul 6 months ago and a roof rack was to be put on right away. whelp with the move of shops that part was forgotten by staff (who no longer work there) well now its time for my first oil change so I call up to see if the roof rack can be put on at the same time. Nick was so helpful and kind! got it done right away and even took my car in early. Thanks to nick a frustrating situation turned into a wonder one! More

My Kia Experience The staff was very professional and helpful. I had product improvement work to be performed as well as regular service. My only issue was the length The staff was very professional and helpful. I had product improvement work to be performed as well as regular service. My only issue was the length of time to get the work done. I had an appointment and was there on time, software update and oil change was all I had and it still took 2 hours. I understand the issue was the number of tablets they had available to get the update completed. I would have thought that with the recall notice sent out by Kia, they would have provided each service center with a larger number of tablets to avoid the back up. At least half of the customers waiting with me were having the same update done. That being said, I realize that this issue was probably beyond the control of the dealership. Everyone I dealt with there was helpful, and got the job done as well and as quickly as they could. More
