Regular service plus two mfg. recalls. I have submitted two reviews on my recent appointments. In both cases I expressed complete satisfaction with the service I received. On a scale of 1 I have submitted two reviews on my recent appointments. In both cases I expressed complete satisfaction with the service I received. On a scale of 1-10, I would give your dealership a solid score of 15. I have been treated professionally, courteously, promptly and in all ways, extremely over-the-top better than I expected. Thank you so much. More

Finance Department needs to work on their performance To be honest with you we almost did not come back to this dealership because of the Finance Dept. and, when we did come back we almost went next door To be honest with you we almost did not come back to this dealership because of the Finance Dept. and, when we did come back we almost went next door to Mazda because of the Finance Dept. Experience #1: We turned in our 2nd Kia a few months early because we needed to refinance our home. The Finance Manager Hesam Ghaffari was asked to do one thing fax the release to our loan officer which, he assured us he was doing. Three days later after multiple calls from our loan officer and no return calls the loan officer told reception he would hold until he could speak to him in person. Poor. My husband was livid because he lied to us about what was crucial. Experience #2: We love the product but, my husband was not sure he wanted to deal with the Finance Dept. again. We brought our son who is an experienced loan officer, with us to help us navigate the negotiation process. We started the process telling the finance guy what we thought our credit score was and, based on that score he worked with the Finance Manager (?) to negotiate our sale. This took several hours and, we eventually left to go and have dinner with, a promise to return in an hour or so. When we did return they gave us their final price and, my son asked if they could throw in the maintenance program. They said no but, we decided that the price was fair and so we went back in to sign and drive off with our new car. Again we waited for almost an hour. Then the finance guy came out and said they ran our credit and now we had to pay an additional $17 a month. Now that may not seem like a lot but when you are on a fixed income it is a lot. When our son asked why he said it was because they ran our credit and, even though it was higher than we projected (which he said he did not remember) they added to our bottom line. At that point they had lost both my husband and my son. So now the Finance Manager (who I did not get the name for) came out. He told us that he had to protect John L Sullivan's investments and that was the final deal. At that point I explained to him the power of "Word of Mouth Marketing," and told him he was actually costing John L. Sullivan money because I know that he spends a lot more than $17 just to get people to walk in the door, let alone get them to actually buy. Word of Mouth doesn't cost him anything but, bad reviews from customers cost him a lot. He told me he couldn't do it because it was his job to protect John L Sullivan's interest. Really??? At that point I asked him if we were done and he said "Were done." I tell you all this because I want you to know that if it had not been for Connor who had been sitting through all of this and, heard everything had not gone the extra mile it would have been the end of this story. I can't say enough about this young man's professional attitude. After we left he actually took our file over to Jeff for review and, when I finally talked to Jeff the next morning he told us he would make it right. It took a great deal of talking to convince my husband and my son to return but, I finally succeeded. When we returned Connor had already detailed the car so all we had to do was sign and go. The moral of my story is that your Sales Force and Sales Manager work hard to get your cars sold. However, your Finance Dept. with their holyier than thou attitude undermine their efforts. I understand that a dealership has to make money. However, they need to also look at someones track record. This is the 3rd Kia we have bought and, in a 7 year period we have never missed a payment or been late. So, shouldn't that have played into the equation of that $17 difference that would have not only lost the sale but, most likely our business in the future?? Sorry about the lengthy message but, just want you to know that if you are truly looking for ways to improve your service you, might want to start with the Finance department and their Managers. More
Best Car-Buying Experience Ever Our interactions with your sales team were the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Connor was very knowledgeable and showed us numerous vehicle Our interactions with your sales team were the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Connor was very knowledgeable and showed us numerous vehicles. We found the vehicle that we wanted and went on a test drive. We were sold by at the point we sat down to talk numbers. Within 10 minutes of talking we had settled on pricing we thought was great. The rest of the process took very little time. We left the dealership with the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and having had a very positive experience. After purchasing 2 Kias in the past from another dealership, we are now loyal customers of John L Sullivan's Roseville Kia thanks to the great service by Connor and James. More

I got out of my car and one of the workers that were standing out side directed me to the office and held the door open. Nick greeted me with a smile and "Good morning, what can I do for you?" I responded. He printed some paper work asked me to look at it and maybe sign something. Then he directed me to the coffee and the sitting area which was very comfortable. I only wish you had espresso! A little while later my car was ready. I received an explanation of what was done...very thorough. I paid my bill and it was over. Easy, peasy! More
