Great Experience I went in to purchase a new CX5. There was not a lot of the typical hard sell. Options and prices were clearly explained. Within a reasonable amount I went in to purchase a new CX5. We got the deal and all the paperwork done in an hour and half. They sent a driver for me the next day so I could pick up my new car, I was in and out after 45 minutes. Salesman made sure I knew all the safety and set up items and away I went. More

Best car buying I've ever experienced I've purchased 5 vehicles over the past 10 years (this being my 1st with John Kennedy) and this by far was the most enjoyable, stress-free, straightfo I've purchased 5 vehicles over the past 10 years (this being my 1st with John Kennedy) and this by far was the most enjoyable, stress-free, straightforward experience I've had with a car dealership. I was fairly direct with my car preference and the trim options and they were sure to get me exactly what I wanted and didn't push me toward a vehicle with additional "bells/whistles" that I didn't need. They also were genuine car people. Knowledgeable, as well as owners of Mazda's themselves. If you are looking for a dealer that will also do their best to get you top dollar on your trade-in, this is the place. I was shocked by other dealers general disrespect (and low ball offers for) for my trade-in. It's as if these other dealers saw nothing more than a VIN#. Meanwhile, John Kennedy took immediate notice of the condition of the vehicle and worked with me to make sure I got a solid trade-in value. As a meticulous car owner this was much appreciated. I will definitely be referring family and friends to John Kennedy and won't hesitate to go through them again in the future for another purchase. More

My salesman, Chau Chu, was extremely courteous, informed, and patient. Chau spent a lot of time with me thru the test drive and feature explanation process. He did not lead me on with the "let me ask my manager" ploy and was straightforward and frank in our discussions. He took me right in to the Sales Manager whom I found to be very affable and friendly. Mike Armstrong was extremely friendly and consciencious while taking me thru the give and take of negotiations. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Picked up car 2 days later and again, the experience was warm and friendly. Probably one of the, if not the top, car burying experience I've ever had in 50 yrs of driving. More

The previous purchase was a used car, but this time, I bought a 2017 Mazda3 hatchback that I had the dealer special order with the colors/options that I wanted. They gave me a good deal, were honest and forthright the entire time, and were willing to work with me when it came to a delivery timeframe. They were friendly and welcoming in every interaction I had with them. I've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past and was wary of the usual shady dealer tricks, but the staff at John Kennedy were completely upfront and made it a good experience from ordering the car to driving it home. I can't recommend them enough if you're looking for a new Mazda in the Pottstown or Reading area. More
