LEASED A 2019 RAM I1500 have had nothing but problems LEASED A 2019 RAM I1500 have had nothing but problems with this truck. Steering wheel continues to get stuck to the left. Literally can make a full LEASED A 2019 RAM I1500 have had nothing but problems with this truck. Steering wheel continues to get stuck to the left. Literally can make a full turn without my hands on steering wheel. Service department kept my truck 12 days didnt know they even had my truck radio doesnt work they blame me for stuff under the seat and with nothing under seat still doesn't work. Back and back to service I go. I can not wait to get rid of this truck .my first lease first brand new truck and what a piece of junk and service run around like never b4. Rick and tge guys are very nice but somewhere no body knows whats going on with tge truck. I stopped asking about the steering wheel and deal with it but no radio is crazy... very very unhappy with joey accardi and dodge . More

I’m not sure about their sales department, don’t ever take your car to service, service does not communicate and return calls when your car is in for repair. Not efficient in getting your car in and out take your car to service, service does not communicate and return calls when your car is in for repair. Not efficient in getting your car in and out. Turn over is horrible so you can’t build a relationship with anyone. Makes you feel like they really don’t care about you and earning you business. Turn and burn. Find somewhere else to go for service. More

Terrible Experience I was recommended by the owner to meet a salesperson who was great and sold me a 2016 Chrysler 200. The electronic emergency brake suddenly began comi I was recommended by the owner to meet a salesperson who was great and sold me a 2016 Chrysler 200. The electronic emergency brake suddenly began coming on by itself while driving. The key fobs opened every door but the driver's side. When we took it in we were told the car needed an oil change (it was no where close to needing one) and that is why the emergency brake came on by itself. The key fob had a short and it was fixed. However, both key fobs could have a short at the same time? Took car back finally fixed door issue with new internal component in driver's door. This is only the beginning folks!! We were told to drive the car at our own risk! Service tech was wonderful trying to help but here is our experience: Week of March 23-30, 2019 Emergency brake engaged on its own immediately shutting entire car off on the road Brake engaged on its own again the next day in almost the same road location. Car lost all power again. Took car to service department of dealership they said it was because car was low on oil and performed an oil change. They said brake would engage and shut down car if oil was low. They tried to tell us this was normal. Week of October 25-31, 2019 Emergency brake engages again with our 18 year old daughter driving the car. Immediately the car loses all power. Again service department says needs an oil change and performs one Told to drive car at, "Our own risk". December 27, 2019 Take car to Joey Accardi service department due to safety concerns Jim Collins, new service technician, is apprised of previous complaints Informs us we needed a new engine to solve the issue and it will take approximately 1 week Spoke to General Manager, Jim Collins Sr., who said he would contact me after the holidays End of January/Beginning of February Car was returned with new engine and over heats on the way home. Car overheats on the next day when attempting to drive to dealership February 23rd- after several messages left for Mr. Accardi and the General Manager and no return call a letter was left for Mr. Accardi asking to contact me to discuss these issues Received a call from the service technician, Jim Collins the next morning Week of February 17, 2019 Car was "fixed" While driving off the lot noticed a crack in the windshield of the car Dealer said they would replace and placed order for new windshield. On the way home noticed battery voltage was low. Called dealer to inform Week of March 1, 2019 Battery voltage lower Replaced battery with independent mechanic Week of March 12,2019 Power steering shuts down and then entire car in the middle of the road Car towed to dealership- suggest to check alternator due to a new battery being installed 5 days ago and voltage was still low Week of March 19, 2019 Informed that it was a bad cell in the battery, battery was 1 week old. Had same issue with previous battery Week of March 25, 2019 Informed that it was the alternator and an additional part. April 1, 2020 Needs repair $612.04 alternator $100 labor PCM will be covered under powertrain warranty Will not buy car back from us. We can trade it in and buy another car from them. This is the worst!! I will never buy a Chrysler again. Really disgusted. Over the course of these events messages have been left for the owner and managers. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. STILL WAITING!!! More
