Yes and the great service continues
So once again I had a great service experience at Joey Accardi Chrysler Jeep This time I had the privilege to meet service advisor Rick Quinones & true to form top notch.
And yet once again another truly great experience with the Joey Accardi CDJR service team in Pompano Beach and in particular with my interactions with service advisor Jesse (Jesus) Martinez.
Just when I think that my experiences with Joey Accardi in Pompano Beach couldn't get any better, I have the pleasure of a customer service experience with service advisor Jesse Martinez. Jesse kept my opinion of the Joey Accardi name as strong as ever and that is why I will continue to do business with Joey Accardi for many more years to come because aside from just getting my vehicles serviced there I am now the happy owner of a certified preowned Jeep Cherokee Latitude.

Pompano Beach but this time I was trading in my lease early & getting into a certified preowned Jeep Cherokee Latitude. My salesman was Chris and I also worked with Oscar and Jesus who were from the sales management/ finance team.
I'd originally just stopped by this Fri Jan 26th 2024 just to see if it would be financially feasible or me to get out of my Jeep Compass lease and into a nice certified preowned Jeep Cherokee Latitude and on that very day it all came together so quickly and smoothly. I drove off the lot with my Jeep Cherokee Latitude within a few hours....everything completely done soup to nuts.
So once again I sing the well deserved praises of Joey Accardi Chrysler Jeep in Pompano Beach. So if you're serious about trading in your lease or getting a new lease or looking to buy you very first vehicle or whatever the situation may be make sure to do yourself a favor and your wallet a favor by giving the team at Joey Accardi the first chance to serve your needs and I promise you that you won't have to waste your precious weekend time haggling with multiple dealerships and giving yourself a popsicle headache.
Swing by even if you're completely unsure what you want to do and I'm sure that Chris, Oscar, Jesus and the complete team at Joey Accardi will be more than happy to assist you....hey and if you simply need any type of service to your vehicles be sure to stop over and see RICK QUINONES in the service department. If it hadn't been for my the very first customer service experience with Rick Quinones in the service department I'm not sure if I'd be the dedicated loyal customer that I am today.
I very rarely go out of my way and take the time to write a review, and only do it when a business/individual truly deserve to be recognized. I had a 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk lease that I acquired at a different dealership that will go unnamed because my experience with that dealership couldn't hold a candle to type of service I now have a true privilege to be a customer at Joey Accardi Chrysler Jeep, and in particular I'm referring to RICK QUINONES & Dane.
I am not exaggerating when I tell you that the 5 experiences I have now had with Joey Accardi have made me a customer for life; furthermore, with over 20 years as a dedicated customer with a Ford dealership in Massachusetts and with all of the hard earned money that I gave to that dealership over that 20 years. In just a matter of 1 year the Joey Accardi dealership has surpassed the 20 yr relationship that I had with that Ford dealership, so I highly recommend u try Joey Accardi Jeep Chrysler dealership and service team at least once to form your own opinion, because I will be back 4 sure & if you go in to check it out look for RICK QUINONES and Dane. FYI it was nice being driven home & picked up by Uber on Joey Accardi's dime

Purchased a Jeep and was promised by the General Manager, Jeovanny Hidalgo-Gato, that he would personally take care of a few cosmetic issues for us free of charge. He gave us his business card and cell phone. He hasn’t returned a text, call or office call. It’s been 6 months. Will never give our business this company again.
Help! I AM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING THE WORST CAR PURCHASE EVER!
Over my lifetime, I have owned/purchased 37 vehicles. On June 17, 2025, I terminated an early lease on a beloved 2022 Charger RT+ to lease a new 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona RT Plus EV from Joey Accardi Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Pompano Beach, FL. Two weeks later, I have yet to have my new Charger EV in my possession for more than 12 hours.
Vehicle Delivery was the WORST. The dealership took a very long time to deliver the car, and I only took it because I was running late for a dinner date. It was turned over to me with less than 30% charge and with a key fob problem. From my multiple visits to the dealership now, I have observed that sales employees
charge their own cars at work daily instead of their new EV’s inventory so that is why at delivery time I was provided with an undercharged car. Note, my car was on their lot for several weeks if not months; THERE IS NOT REASON OR EXCUSE FOR IT NOT TO HAVE BEEN FULLY CARGED.
My car has problems recognizing its key fobs. The next morning after purchase, I emailed and called the dealership and returned the car. I have been told that this car has a problem which ALSO AFFECTS 3 other cars in the region (per the Stellantis regional rep). Parts are on order and the car disassembled.

FAILED TO DELIVER THE CAR SUCCESSFULLY, THEY HAVE WASHED THEIR HANDS OF THIS MATTER AND TURNED IT OVER TO SERVICE. No body calls me to let me know what is going on, I must call daily. Haciel is the Floor Manager in sales and I have to call him for status as nobody else reaches out. If Haciel is not
there no other floor manager (Andy or another) returns my call.
When I returned the car the day after purchase, the dealership wanted me to rent a car (to be reimbursed upon the completed repair). Meanwhile my traded in Challenger was just sittng there! I refused to rent a car. I was taken home that day as I had a business trip that week, then retrieved by the dealer on my return
Friday June 27. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was apart seemingly waiting on parts. After complaining, I was given a Jeep Wrangler loaner, but this is NOT a fun drive as either my previous Challenger or my new Daytona.
Today marks 2 weeks from the lease of my Charger Daytona and I have no information as to its status. The Service Department is closed and Haciel said to wait until Monday.
We have had 3 other EV’s in our household; a Nissan Leaf, a Volvo XC40 Recharge (and still have a Blazer EV). Those dealership deliveries were great, and I never had to take those cars for service. Given the deep drop in sales of Stellantis US cars you would think that the manufacturer and their dealers are doing the best to support the few sales they have so that these customers share good experiences and drive Brand demand. Having previously owned 8 Stellantis products and having been an advocate for the brand, how can I be expected to continue to do so after this experience?
This dealer is a disgrace. I have opened a Case with Dodge Customer Care.
