The dealership inflated the purchase price. By the way, they get you to sign an arbitration agreement. Fraud in Oklahoma voids that agreement, and don't be fooled. You will get more money with a civil suit than in arbitration. The arbitrator is in Joe Cooper pocket. What a corruption going on. More

Won’t return, nor recommend. We had two cars to look into trading. Had my husband not have needed the car badly, we would have walked. However they did not mention that didn’t include the warranty and gap till we got to finance. So the monthly payments went up $100 again. And when told they would work in the deal of TT&T so that our transition to a new car was affordable for our one income family, they backed out after saying they had to give us other deals. That should have never been taken away. They made deals by taking away from the customer. Which is disheartening and unprofessional to say the least. When we asked about the trade for our other car, we were told that they base it off KKB before in text. That is not true. My car values $7-8k in fair condition at minimum for trade. They offered, $3-4K. It was an emotional long day, from 11am to 6pm. I’ll stick with my current dealership with our second car, where I’ve had no issues. And will trade with them. More
