Bait and switch didnt honor on line price. Said $785 processing fee was required by law. Did not install expected running boards. Did not provide copy of "we owe you" document. When agreed Said $785 processing fee was required by law. Did not install expected running boards. Did not provide copy of "we owe you" document. When agreed to cheaper running boards with customer service rep they then installed even cheaper ones. Salesman said they can use my bank but Finance charged 3% higher rate and said thats all they could do even with my high credit rating also stated that processing fee is by law. Latter customer service director called and took note of what happened but then said nothing they can do about it due to me giving them a bad Stellantis review. More
Slimy, borderline predatory, business. Bought a used 2020 grand caravan from them. It broke down two days later. They claimed they fixed the problem but the vehicle broke down again, at which point they refused to do anything further since they said they “couldn’t replicate the issue, so it is safe to drive.” This was after being told by multiple people that they would refund our money. We also still haven’t received the money for our trade-in over two months later. The communication from service and sales has been atrocious the entire time. I will be filing a complaint with Oklahoma consumer affairs. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. More
Worst dealership in the world do not ever go there and buy nothing from them . bought a new car May 2024 had nothing but problems with the car The car has been in the shop three times. I’ve only had it f buy nothing from them . bought a new car May 2024 had nothing but problems with the car The car has been in the shop three times. I’ve only had it for three months. I am in a loaner car right now because my car keeps having problems and they keep lying and when I try to trade it in to get something else because so many problems with the brand new car . Now they’re saying I have too much negative equity and I just bought the car three months ago . The worst dealership in the world they are con artist and crooks just taking peoples money, selling bad cars and know that they’re no good and giving you the run around to get them fixed. It’s no way a car should be in the dealership service department to get fixed for the last three months and I’ve only had it three months. Very upset A total scam More

WORTHLESS! Crooks! Just want your money. They did not deal with me in ANY way that would be considered honest, respectful, reliable or helpful. Do not expec Crooks! Just want your money. They did not deal with me in ANY way that would be considered honest, respectful, reliable or helpful. Do not expect them to do any better for you. Run, run like the wind. They are not honest in their dealings and their word is not important to them, obviously. I took my car in and spent $100 and went twice up there for the same problem-which I still have. Waste of my time and my money. If you think they treat you like "family" , whoa, I'm scared. LOL don't think I wanna meet your family, or they really bamboozled you! ORRR that's a post from someone at JC.. It won't take NO on my recommendation of this service center. So I HAD to say Yes to post, BUT the answer is a resounding NOOOOOOO!!!!!! More
My son and I came to look at a dodge truck on April 30th, we test drove it and noticed a bad ticking noise, we thought it was the exhaust manifold leaking and they agreed. They told us they would have it fix we test drove it and noticed a bad ticking noise, we thought it was the exhaust manifold leaking and they agreed. They told us they would have it fixed by the next day and we could drive back up to get it, (we came up from Lawton). We agreed on a price and bought it that day, and came back to pick it up the next day, and on our way back home, I had noticed that a temporary dealer tag was not put on the truck, so we had to turn around and drive back up to get one. When we finally got home, I opened up the jack compartment, and I noticed that it along with the hardware was missing. I then called our salesman George, and told him about the missing jack, he spoke to someone (I'm not sure if it was a supervisor or not), they told him to find one for us, George then told me he would order one and we could come and get it, I expressed my frustrations with having to drive all the way back to Yukon from Lawton, and he told me that he understood and that he would fill the truck with gas as well as detail it because it wasn't when we bought it, which I was fine with. It is now May 26th, and I've contacted the dealership at least twice a week, since May 1st and haven't heard anything from them. This last week I finally tried to call and reach the general manager Joesph Snelling ( I found his name from another review of Joe Cooper) and I was told by a man named Oscar that Snelling was in a meeting, after explaining to him what had happened, I left a message asking for Snelling to contact me but I have yet to receive a call back, Oscar reassured me that everything would be handled. In addition, in the weeks since I purchased the truck, my son brought it to my attention that the door key was missing from the fob, we were guaranteed by George that everything would be taken care of, and that hasn't been the case in the slightest. I've never had such a negative experience with a dealership like this before. I believe that a person's word, especially with circumstances like this, is very important, and should mean something. I guess Joe Cooper doesn't feel the same More
Certified Pre-owned means nothing with this dealership. Finally agreed to do some warranty service, but car has been in the shop going on 3 weeks now & not calling us back for status. What a difference from before they moved. Called to see if they could calibrate the speedometer for bigger tires. The place where I just bought my Ram 2500 said it couldn't be done. The Cooper Certified really doesn't mean much. Told them that the vehicle was pulling to the right at purchase and wanted that fixed. Very concerned with safety with my kids. They did a front Told them that the vehicle was pulling to the right at purchase and wanted that fixed. Very concerned with safety with my kids. They did a front end alignment. 2 weeks latee it's still pulling to the right and then rear brakes were grinding. Took it back, they said the brake pads were at a 3. (Though the said the vehicle had a full inspection) They would not repair, but if I waited until the extra purchased warranty kicked in I could just pay the $100 deductible. Waited and wated over a month. Called several times, no warranty showing under the Vin. Finslly drove to dealership and requested in person to investigat what is going on. Asked about the brakes getting worse, what if it goes into the rotars. Low and behold finally they verified the warranty took. The vehicle in for the brake pads and now they say it's in the rotats and they need replaced at my cost. Not to mention its still pulling to the right as well and now they say I need 4 new tires, but 30 days ago the tires were all in good shape. They said right front was really worn, but still looked like it had good tread. I asked if they could be rotated. They said no, I needed 4 new tires. I had a local service station check my tires and they showed me that the right front was worn and starting to seperate and had a bubble on it. But the others were fine as a matter of fact they said the left front looked like a fairly new tire. Needless to say, do Not trust the service department. Now I wonder if the rotars really needed replaced, at this point. Never again!! More
