Today I brought my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer in for an oil change and worked directly with Cody. There were a few recommendations noted by the tech and discussed in-depth with Cody. He throughly explained each recommendation and why they were needed. Zero pressure / just information. Cody and I have developed an excellent relationship and I 100% trust his word and judgement. Sales team won't call back with good or bad news on buying, tell you they have a vehicle that works, go test drive, tell you an issue with the bank and call later. A manager called me Monday morning and apologizes and swears he will get back to me by afternoon. Ghosted again. Post a negative Google review and they respond saying to call the GM Joe Snelling. I did. Couldnt get in contact and never returned my call. A second salesman ghosted me today as well. Worst car buying experience ever. Went to another local dealership and walked out with my new ride in less than 2 hours, with a trade in! Total joke. All these reviews are highly suspicious to me. More
