Was trying to work with Kelly in regards to a new truck for my business. Make a long store short finally found the truck that would work and I as sent 3 different sets of numbers by 2 different managers. N for my business. After the last numbers I received I agreed to do the deal. After speaking to the manager verifying the numbers he sent me which he verified being true. I sent my docs needed to begin the paperwork process. Same manager calls a couple hours later saying they will now no longer honor the deal with the figures he sent me. As I ask for sometime to call me in regard to this the GM called me and gave the sorriest excuse as to why they would not honor the deal after myself and the sales manager agreed to numbers. I then get a text that they sold the truck but would find me another one. Here we are 4 days later and I’ve heard nothing from the salesperson or management. I’ve texted and call both sales and management and have receive 0 contact. Legal ramifications are set. No wonder Jimmy Britt sold out his other stores. This is standard practice I assume. More
