Justin was very professional when my husband and I contacted him at the dealership. My transmission is bad but they said my vehicle is good with no problems. They have already worked on the transmission before. Don’t agree at all I can’t pay as much as I have for a vehicle that I don’t fe with no problems. They have already worked on the transmission before. And it only has 11,000 miles on it but it was in the shop a few months after I had it for transmission issues. Incase you are wondering what kind of vehicle it is. It is a 2023 Jeep Rubcon 4XE I don’t recommend getting one. Nothing but problems. I will never get anything that is half gas and half electric period. More
