I had a good experience. The only negatives (so far): They did not tell me until after papers were signed that there was only one key fob! I have had to order another key fob and after it arrives pay to have it programmed (grrrr). They also bragged about putting new tires on the vehicle. We noticed a day later, the tires DON'T MATCH!
