Sorry to hear about this but am very happy you brought it up. It wasn't a power outage it was an accident that took out the cable lines. We respect our customers wishes when it comes to service and sales. When we have a customer stating they are a mechanic and don't want to pay the diagnosis fee we get it. So we honored the customers wishes to replace the O-2 sensors on the side he stated needed to be replaced. After replacing them, the check engine light was still on and after further diagnosis (which we did at no charge), it was the O-2 sensors on the other side that really needed to be replaced. We called the customer about the additional O-2 sensors and were given authorization to replace them as well. We realize and make every attempt to save our customers valuable time and money. In the future and to let all our customers know, we do charge a diagnosis fee but in most all cases do not charge for it if we are doing the repair. When the customer picked up the Jeep, the check engine light was off. If it is on now, please contact Andy at 912-871-7250 or Don at 912-400-0131. Thank you for your business and the review.
