My experience I spotted the truck I was interested in driving by your dealership. When I entered I was greeted by Red. I told him I was interested in see the white I spotted the truck I was interested in driving by your dealership. When I entered I was greeted by Red. I told him I was interested in see the white and tan F250 on the lot. He showed it to me and we drove it. When we got back I asked him what price did they have on the truck. he did not know. While he was getting the information. I googled the dealership and found the truck. Which was listed for $60,000.00. Red returned with a price of $60,990.00. Which mad me very up set. Red said that was what the manager told him the price was. I showed him the information on the web. He went back to the manager and then he said the price was $60,000.00. By this time I was pissed and ready to walk. Red was saying how sorry he was. I made a offer of $58,300,00. Now Bootsy Barnes was brought in to close and counter offered at $58,695.00 and I refused. He could not believe I would let $395.00 not make the deal. But it did. So I left. After a few days Bootsy called and said he would accept my offer. So I came back by the dealer talked things over with Bootsy and Red. I request that they let me drive it home to see if my wife like it and it fit in my garage. Bootsy was glad to do so. I drove it home. The wife liked it and it fit in my garage. So I had my credit union send a check and the deal was done. Red and Bootsy were great to work with. The only thing that needs to improve at this dealership is communication within the dealership. When I came to pick the truck up the temporary tag was not on it nor was it fueled as I was told it would be. Red took care of it. Then a day later the internet sales called wanting to sell me the truck. I told them I purchased it yesterday and took delivery of the truck. Then on Friday after I purchased the truck Mr. Barnes calls me at 1 PM and said they had not received the check from my credit union. I had emailed the tracking number the day before. I asked if he had checked the tracking number to see if it had been delivered. He said he would. So I checked it. The finance manager had signed for it at 11am. With say all this I would still recommend Jimmy Britt to any one. You just need to do a little improving in internal communications within your company. A team needs good communications to be successful. I give a thumbs up to Red and Bootsy!!!! More

Unfortunately, I had to follow up with them about my car but when i did zack made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. He made sure my warranty company fixed my car with no issues or extra cost. And through it all he did it with a bright and warm smile that made me feel like i was in good hands down here. Respectful and Over the Top! After purchasing my 2010 Dodge Avenger at a separate location earlier this year I found out it had an unrepaired recall on it. After calling Jimmy Britt and explaining the issue and need to repair the recall. Zack and Ms. Bunnie in the Service department went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired and safe to drive by doing a 23 point check as well as fixing my recall. Thank You Jimmy Britt service department for giving me the BEST service and making sure my family (myself, hubby and 3 kids) would be safe while driving/ riding in my first ever owned vehicle. More
